Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 7, 2025, MSP Recovery, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, pursuant to correspondence received from the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on December 5, 2025, the SEC’s investigation of the Company has concluded without intention to recommend an enforcement action against the Company or its officers. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
