On March 18, 2025, McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release summarizing its fourth quarter and year-end 2024 financial and operating results together with certain operation updates, and announcing the quarter-end conference call and webcast to discuss those results. A copy of that press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
