Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 3, 2026, Rocket One Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Major General Malcolm Frost to its Advisory Board. In this role, Major General Frost will guide the technical development of the Company’s infrastructure for the orbital economy, including artificial intelligence computing and memory hardware engineered for space and defense environments. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
