    Honor Education Appoints Mark Leiter as Vice Chairman

    Honor Education announced today that Mark Leiter has joined the company as Vice Chairman. He will report to Honor's CEO, Joel Podolny, and will join the company's executive leadership team.

    Mark will provide oversight for Honor Education's corporate strategy, corporate development, marketing, and communications. He will also create new professional services to help corporate clients build the skills and capabilities they need to succeed.

    During his career, Mark has collaborated with board members, CEOs, and senior executives at more than 150 companies—including 40 within the Fortune 500—on strategy design and development as an operating executive, consultant, board member, and venture investor.

    Mark recently served as Chief Digital Strategy Officer and Global Leader, Corporate Strategy at Boeing (NYSE:BA). Previously, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Nielsen, where he held multiple division President roles. Earlier in his career, he held practice leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and Capgemini. He started his career at Bain & Company.

    He is a Distinguished Strategy Fellow at The Conference Board and a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development (CED). He is the author of the World 50 book Crafting Strategy in an Accelerating World: Practical Advice from Chief Strategy Officers Operating in Global, Public Corporations.

    Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, a Master of Arts from Harvard University, and was a Research Fellow in Technology & Operations Management at Harvard Business School.
