On December 10, 2025, GRI Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing topline results from the Company’s Phase 2a clinical trial investigating GRI-0621 in patients diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
