Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 18, 2025 , Leslie A. Beyer, a member of the Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) board of directors (the “Board”), notified the Company of her desire to retire from the Board, effective immediately, to accommodate her recent confirmation as Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Lands and Minerals Management at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Ms. Beyer’s retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
