Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 17, 2025, Citius Oncology, Inc. issued a press release announcing that preparations for the commercial launch of LYMPHIR™, an FDA-approved immunotherapy for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), are nearing completion. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
