The above figure includes 597 Ordinary Shares, including those accrued related to dividend reinvestment rights, acquired pursuant to the Luxfer Holdings PLC Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the "ESPP") for the purchase periods of June 15, 2022 - December 20, 2022 and December 21, 2022 - June 16, 2023. These transactions are exempt pursuant to Rule 16b-3(c).
