(“Blackstone”) posted on its website at www.blackstone.com/news a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing a preliminary estimate regarding revenue Blackstone expects to record related to realization activity for the period from October 1, 2024 to December 23, 2024. The Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
