Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 6, 2026, Array Technologies Inc. (the “Company”), announced its financial results as of and for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, by issuing a press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on May 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results and provide an investor presentation. A copy of the investor presentation will be posted to our website at www.arraytechinc.com and is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
