On March 31, 2025, the Board of Directors of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mark A. Hershey as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Mark A. Hershey, age 55, previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Americas since January 2022. Prior to January 2022, Mr. Hershey served in various positions with the Company since July 2011, including as Senior Vice President, Business Development; General Counsel; Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary.
