Item 5.02. Departure of Director or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Agreements of Certain Officers.
On January 23, 2023, Isabelle Gold, Chief Compliance Officer of MidCap Financial Investment Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to resign. Ms. Gold will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer for a period of time to transition her responsibilities to other members of the Company’s compliance department.
Ms. Gold’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company, its advisor or their affiliates regarding their operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
