Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 18, 2026, Amesite Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has secured a new enterprise customer representing an approximately 2,700-patient census—its largest deployment to date and a major milestone in validating its enterprise strategy. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
