AlphaTON Capital currently intends to utilize the shelf registration statement to finance the company's ambitious expansion of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure supporting Telegram's Cocoon AI network, while simultaneously pursuing strategic mergers and acquisitions of revenue-producing companies within the Telegram ecosystem.
