Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 20, 2025, Alight, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its investor day at the Company's headquarters as well as the release of midterm financial targets. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
Additionally, on March 20, 2025, the Company made available an investor presentation titled “Alight 2025 Investor Day” through the Investors section of its website (http://investor.alight.com). The Company may use the investor presentation, which contains financial and other data, including mid-term financial targets, from time to time with investors, analysts, and other interested parties to assist in their understanding of the Company.
