Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 30, 2023, Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) made a cash payment of approximately $6.2 million in satisfaction of the interest payment due on December 1, 2023, as provided for under the indenture governing the Company’s 6.00% Convertible Senior Secured Notes due 2024.
